Training Day Options
Newcross offers a range of additonal services to clients who wish to introduce an element of excitement to staff training and development. By introducing an element of outside activity we at Newcross Training have found it helps candidates to redefine relationships in a new and non work related atmosphere. The activities range from Canoeing / Clay Pigeon Shooting / Rock Climbing / Wind Surfing / Sailing / Archery and many others to ensure new skills are imparted and developed to help staff, face what tomorrow will inevitably bring. These activities involve a range of competiveness and team work to ensure goals are met and stadards achieved. Team prizes are awarded on the day to the most successful candidates.
Training Options include
Development Days - As their name denotes these activities take the candidates and offer them new experiences to ensure a balanced approach to training and development of key staff.
Networking Events - This is introduce or in some instances re-introduce key staff to each other through organized activities which allow them to re-connect in an active environment.
Team Building - These events are the well established tried and tested method of interaction on several levels to promote understanding at differing levels of an organisation.
