Newcross is different in that it offers its own training seminars FREE of charge within the price of the package. All you do is choose the training you want as part of your package. We can charge annually or monthly flat fees to make budgeting that much easier.
Every Compliancy includes both a hard copy manual and an electronic version which allows the company to develop its own systems from the templates we provide.
We provide one annual audits to ensure standards are being met along with an Set Up Inspection at the start of each new contract. This enables us to determine where your current level is and how best we can improve it. All packs include a brief guide to the regulations so you can see how and when they apply. But what makes our packages special is the training support which includes:
• All package includes Manual Handling for all staff/Seasonal workers.
• We provide dependant on the package you choose Mechanical Equipment Training
• We provide Fire Warden Training / Fire Awareness to key staff annually.
• We can also provide First Aid Course including the HSE First aid at Work Course.
• We also provide Toolkit Talks on Hand/Arm Vibration/Working at Height/ Managing Safety on site/ Fire Awareness / First Aid Basics / Induction Briefings / Driver Guidance.
