The Training Contract allows the client to pay a fixed sum over a period, but still enjoy the regular training required to update skills and develop key staff. The training contract operates over a 12 month period and allows the necessary training to take place at a pace to suit you and your business. Training contracts allow flexibility and focus to be constantly reviewed and altered dependant on you changing requirements and needs.
